You Act Like You Are 23 Years Old |
You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences. You're still figuring out your place in the world and how you want your life to shape up. The world is full of possibilities, and you can't wait to explore many of them. |
If you find this tag as an interesting one, just feel free to take a quiz ok?

Some facts bout mhe!
I woke up a little late today and I like it that way just right after I got up from up bed I immediately went to our baby's room and do some stuff, I am so excited to have our baby soon. But right now, I need to eat my breakfast, I only ate one sliced of banana bread that me and hubby baked the other day and I'm starving right now..
You're a Part Time Brainiac |
No doubt about it, you have the potential for big brain power. But potential doesn't get you to genius. It's going to take some work. Like most smart people, you enjoy a good intellectual challenge every now and then. But you do tend to shy away from anything difficult, frustrating, or complex. Push yourself to think, learn, and explore more... even when it feels bad. You have the capacity to solve amazingly difficult problems. You just need to let yourself do it. |
Anyway, I want to thank Recel for giving me this tag..hehehehehe I guess the result is all true nyayayayaya! It's true though I have a lot of potential to do things but it doesn't get to make me genius I like challenges but sometimes I'd prefer to have an east task to avoid frustration and etc..hehehehe

I drink lots of water already and eat lots of fruits. I wanted to go out and take a walk for a while but it's so chilly outside, not good for someone who has colds. It's kind of pretty outside though, the sun is shinning unlike yesterday it's snowing for the whole day..Oh weel, I need to take rest now..have a great day to all.

Wanna share this...
Anywhere you go, you can't gaurantee the safety. So I shared this information that I read in order for you to be aware too. Hope you'll learn something from it.
Personal safety
- Trust your instics. If your inner voice tells you to be cautions...do it! better safe than sorry.
- Keep your keys ready in your hand when walking to your house or car so that they are always ready to use.
- Always lock the doors to your house and car, even if you are only leaving for a moment.
- In the summer, keep your car windows up if possible. Use your air conditioner.
- Always make eye contact and don't walk with you head down.
- Before getting in your car, glance under in it. After you unlock the door, close it firmly, lock your doors, buckle your seatbelt and drive away immediately.
- When possible, have someone else with you when you go out. When walking be sure someone knows the route your taking. If you walk regularly for exercise, take a friend or dog when possible. If going alone, vary your route and routine.
- The most important weapon you have is your mind. Be smart by being aware of your sorroundings.
I'm so happy!
Finally I'm almost done celaning the room of our little boy. I still have lots of things to do though but at least I was able to do some of it. I can't wait to see my little boy soon. I have been dreaming a lot about our baby hehehehehe. My only prayer is that, It woudn't hard for me to deliver our baby and that he is healthy. Good thing that he always moved inside my belly, that means he is active and healthy inside though sometimes it makes me awake in the middle of my sleep. But I really don't care as long as he is okay inside. Oh well, hows your mornign guys?

Wanna share this with you...
I read this very intresting article in MSN news and decided to share it with you guy so at least you'll learn something too!
Can sitting in a chair, writing, help you lose weight? It sounds crazy, but New York City artist and author Julia Cameron, 59, swears it's true. In her new book, "The Writing Diet: Write Yourself Right-Size" (Penguin), she argues that engaging in creative pursuits like writing can prevent overeating and describes how writing in a journal can help reveal and improve readers' relationships with food. NEWSWEEK's Karen Springen spoke with Cameron, who also wrote the best-selling book "The Artist's Way," which guides readers to becoming more creative, about how counting words instead of calories may help you shed those holiday pounds. Excerpts:
NEWSWEEK: How does writing help you lose weight?Julia Cameron: The bedrock tool of weight loss is writing three morning pages. These are longhand, stream-of-consciousness writings about absolutely anything that is annoying you, bugging you, vexing you or just simply capturing your attention. You become more in tune with your own needs and desires, which means that you make peace with some of your frustrations. Instead of eating, you discover what's eating you. Write in the morning about the day you're going to have. And during the day you keep a food journal of everything you eat.
How did you get this idea?Desperation is the mother of invention. Three years ago I was put on a mood-stabilizing medicine that caused me to gain 40 pounds ... I said to myself, there must be something I can do that's going to keep me from gaining more and help me to get rid of this. I thought, I'm going to try to write my way thin.
And it worked?Yes. I wrote morning pages every day, which keeps you from doing emotional eating. Then I kept a journal, where I jot down everything that I ate and temptations.
What were your temptations?I live with a professional baker. I get up in the morning to the smell of gingersnaps. That has to be off limits for me. By keeping a journal, I got to watch my own rationalizations. That was very helpful. Then I threw in taking a daily walk, just to speed up my metabolism ... [And] before I ate, I asked myself four questions: Am I really hungry? Is this what I want to eat? Is this what I want to eat now? Is there anything I can eat instead? That leads you to start making smart substitutions. Instead of the piece of cherry pie, you eat strawberry Diet Jell-O, for example.
Does it matter whether you type on a computer or write on paper, from a dieting perspective?Write longhand. It's a little bit slower than working on the computer, and you tend to become more in touch with your emotions. On the computer, you get speed and distance, but not necessarily depth.
How much weight can someone expect to lose on the "writing diet"?I went from a [size] 16 to a 10.
A lot of people keep food and drink nearby while writing. Do you? What you don't want to do is become a permanent grazer, where you keep potato chips in your desk ... I keep a pitcher of pure cranberry juice, mixed in water, and coffee.
What if someone isn't a writer? Everybody can write. We just put a lot of hoopla around being a "real" writer. This diet is aimed to be able to be used by anyone.
Is there more to this than regularly writing and walking?Planning ahead. I ask people to remember "H.A.L.T.": don't let yourself get too hungry, angry, lonely or tired. They lead to overeating. The last tip in the tool section is get a body buddy--enlisting the help and support of someone who agrees with your agenda of becoming thinner.
The idea is that if you're feeling good, you're less likely to overeat or indulge in fatty foods?Yes. If you're feeling good, you're more likely to get out and about ... You don't have to have a big drop in pounds to have a big shift upward in self-esteem. As long as you're going in the right direction, you tend to be more energized.

I really didn't know until now that writing can also loose weight. I agree with this because just for today I forgot to eat my lunch sitting in the computer doing some stuff that inlcudes writing..hhmmm I should tell this to my husband..very interesting!

Another day for me!
Nothings new in my life today other than my little angel is growing rapidly inside my belly! but that's a good thing, it only means he is healthy inside that is the most important thing even if its hard for me since I am petite Yesterday I got a call from our doctor, informing me that the utlrasound result came out normal and that's a good news for us! It's our goal to maintain the good health of our little boy and hopefully it woudn't hard for me to deliver this baby and by the way, we already had a name for our baby " Alexander J". I can't argue with my husband because before we get married he already chooses that name. It's his first son, so I leave it to him..sometimes I teases him, why not " Alexander the great"? and he just laughed at me. I like the name too and it really doesn't matter to me what would be the name of our baby, as long as my husband like it then that makes me happy already basta naay ngalan hehehehehe.
Oh well, I have to write more later..see you guys later. Have a great day!

I ended up calling my mother to share my cravings and she said to me just try to focused some other things and don't think about it. It's quite hard to do that though especially if you really want to eat at that moment! I really miss it a lot, especially the soy sauce with lemons, tomatoes, onions and lots of chili hhhhmm so yummmmy!!labi na ug tambok ang tilapia! Hmmm I have to stop thinking about it now co'z I started drolling I'm done with my breakfast right now, I had omelet with tomatoes, garlic and onions only but guess what I'm still hungry hehehehehe so I guess I'll have to go now and fix more food for me...

Happy Monday!
It's another day of the week! hopefully it will be a good week for me..you know what I mean? I woke up pretty early today and as usual it's because of my baby who keep on kicking and moving inside my stomach. We slept late last night watching " American Gladiators" it's my first time watching that kind of competition and I really like it, especially my husband. I sometimes scream too when the competitors is trying to reach to the finish line but being blocked by the gladiators. The final round is the most exciting part. Some of them looks very strong and ready but in the end the one who seems weak is the one who won as a finalist! I am really looking forward to watch that show again next week. I hope all of you had a gret weekend..start your day with a great smile adios!
