upgrade!

my apology for not writing here for quite a while. well its hard to keep up everything if you are a fulltime wife and a fulltime other to a 6 months baby. he is very active now, crawling, standing in the furniture and it requires a lot of time. i cannot just leave him alone doing that stuff because i am afraid he'll get hurt. he still get hurt anyway but not that worst, just a small bump, fell almost everyday. i wantedto just carry him and sit in my lap but babies need some space too so they can explore things.anyway i am happy that i was able to write something here. hope you guys are doing great and thank you for visitng me here inspite of not getting back to you.

I have been so busy here lately taking care of my 5 months old baby, he crawled a lot now and likes to sleep late but I am enjoying though because he is very funny, making all kinds of funny faces. He likes to feel your face, hug and kissed you. He is indeed a sweet baby. I hope and pray that he will grow up into a fine man with respect to his parents and people surround him.

So sad..

I called to my friend today and she mentioned me about watching child birth in youtibe and decided to watch it too. I came across at one of the women there who delivered her baby and loss it after a week. I feel really sad and sorry for both of them, I know how hard to deliver a baby and excting to feel them. I tried not to cry but I did, i am really touched and i can feel how hard for the parents to lost the baby after having them. i am so thankful to God that He protected my baby when I had him and he was born healthy...

worn out..

We just got home from my dental schedule and we all worn out for todays agenda. After my 2 hours in the dentist clinic, we went to the mall and bought stuff for the baby. My husband bought him a new play yard for him to play with when everybody is busy. At night time he can sleep in his crib and he can play in his play yard during day time, its the only place where we know he is safe whatever happens. Every corner in our house is full of baby's stuff, he is indeed a spoiled baby. His daddy buy everything he needs even if he was still inside my belly. I am so blessed and thankful having a wonderful man in my life..thank you Lord.

We Are Meant for each other..

God is really wonderful, when you asked Him something, He give you beyond your expectation. Let me share with you why, and please stick with me while I share my love story between me and my husband.
I haven’t tried using computers in my entire life until in college. One of my roommates taught me how to explore in the net and one of the thing she taught me is how to interact people through chatting. It happens that we found this croosdaily.com where you can browse people’s profiles and get in touch with them. I found my husband’s profile in that website and since he was online I tried to send him an instant message and thankfully he replied. We chatted for almost an hour and decided to exchange personal e-mail address. Its funny though because while I was chatting with him, he was also chatting with my roommates who is sitting beside me ( the one who taught me to use pc) but he is more interested in me lol! After several months of chatting exchanging e-mails we built a serious relationship meaning (boyfriend and girlfriend). One thing I really like about him, he is so sincere and he inspired me with his poems that he made for me. Plus he send me tons of e-mails everyday and he never fail sending me flowers and chocolate on every special occasions. I am still young at that moment but I feel the true meaning of love in spite of the fact that I haven’t meet him yet in person or even in cam. But our relationship didn’t last long because of some personal reason. It hurts a lot when we ended our relationship but I was thinking, I’m still young and I must go on with my life. To make the story short, we continue living each other and haven’t communicate for 4 years. There are lots of things happen in my life, I found new boyfriend and almost got married to him. On the day that I broke up with my ex-fiancé, Jason is online too but I didn’t know because I deleted his yahoo id (take note that is after 4 years!). He started sending instant messages and I was surprised because I taught he deleted my yahoo id too since I haven’t heard from him for 4 years. I replied and we talked like a normal conversation. Since then, we always chat every time I was online. He started courting me back but I wasn’t interested with him anymore because he is the one who broke up with me four years ago. But he is so persistent and keep asking, he said how sorry he is for breaking up with me and everything. He then started sending me flowers again but this is what I said ” if you are really interested in me, come and visit me here and I assure you, I will accept your proposal” he take it seriously and bought a plane ticket right away and visited me on my birthday. When I saw him for the first time, I fall in love with him right away. He is so sincere and 100% good man. Plus I have been praying about having a man like him. To make the story short, we ended up marrying each other and now enjoying with our one and only cutest son! I never thought we will ended up this way after breaking up for 4 years. I must tell that we are really MEANT FOR EACH OTHER, God is leading me to him. I am so blessed and thankful having him in my life. I have NO regrets being with him and I will spend the rest of life with him and our baby.
I hope you enjoy reading our love story, if you haven’t meet the love of your life yet, just keep on praying and you will me amazed how God will answer your prayer

Good Luck Sarah and John Lloyd!

I'm a big fan of young star singer Sarah Geronimo, since she started working in music industry I don't missed watching her show nor buying every single of her album. I simply like her voice so much and very down to earth young woman! cheerful and sincere..I am reading some recent news about her and so excited knowing that her and John Lloyd Cruz ( one my favorite actor) had an upcoming movie intitled "A Very Special Love" directed by the most respected directors Cathy Garcia-Molina and will be shown in theaters on July 30. I wish I was in Philippines on that day so I can watch it. Sarah doesn't have any boyfriends yet at her age 19 and I can't wait to read who would be that lucky guy to be her first boyfriend. Anyway whoever that is, i just hope it would last forever and that she won't get hurt or something.. Good luck Sarah and John Lloyn for your upcoming movie...

Hate Letter: An Insult Letter To All Filipinos

TO ALL FILIPINOS: READ THE WHOLE E-MAIL AND POST THIS TO YOUR BLOGS:
Subject: HATE LETTER
This is a very disturbing open E-mail letter to all Filipinos aroundthe world; specially here in North America!, from a man who has the power to reach million of people. (he’s a radio talk host)Please read on…………..
This is an open letter email by Art Bell, a radio talk show host in Nevada(more info in the email itself). Here is yet another person who has taken advantage of his power and priv ilege to use hateful words and racial stereotypes that breed further ignorance and intolerance in our society.Art Bell is a talk radio host who has two shows that he broadcasts from his home in Nevada, that is rebroadcast by 400 stations across the country. He’s written 2 books. He lived in Okinawa, Japan for some years and had a radio program on the English station here. And, though it’s hard to believe after reading the following letter from him, he actually has been to the Philippines (he’s traveled fairly extensively around the world).Check out his website listed at the end to get a who’s spreading this hateful ignorance. And letter is so degrading, I think it’s really important that everybody read this and not attack him, but respond to him in a civilized manner because otherwise his thoughts will be reaffirmed. Understand that not everyone has a viewpoint like we do, and that this is an opinion of someone who hopefully can be changed only by civil actions.
- May Munoz………………………………………..
Filipinos…..*make me puke* (Art Bell)As we’ve all come to notice, in the past few decades, Filipinos have begun to infest the United States like some sort of disease. Their extensive involvement in the U.S. Armed Forces is proof of the trashy kind of qualities all Filipinos tend to exhibit on a regular basis. You can see this clearly by studying the attitudes and cultural Icons of most Filipino Americans.Origins of Pinoys/Pinays:Are they really Asian? Well we’ve come to accept the fact the Filipinos come from a part of the world known as South East Asia. But the term ‘Asia’ is used in the wrong way. You may notice that contemporary Filipino Americans try very hard to associ ate themselves with groups that we know as Asian. I cannot count the number of times I have seen a ‘Third World’ Filipino try to connect themselves to the Chinese or Japanese people. There is no connection and here’s why. The Philippines is a Third World country. Nothing respectable has EVER been created by Filipino people during our entire human history. Young Filipino men in America have become obsessed with ‘import racing’. They have an enormously perverted affection for Japanese cars. It’s a common phenomenon. In their minds, these Filipinos somehow believe that they are Asian and that it somehow connects them to Japanese people and Japanese cars. They often take credit for the ingenuity of Japanese people and say how it’s an ‘Asian thing’. This term…’Asian thing’ derived directly from African American slang ‘blackthang’. ‘It’s a black thang.’ ‘It’s an asian thang.’ You can see the connection. It’s even funnier that, in Japan, Filipinos are heavily discriminated against. The only filipinos that can live successfully in Japan are the filipino prostitutes. But that’s the case for most Filipino people no matter where they live in the world. Now we’ve come down to this fact…and it is a fact.Nothing in Filipino Culture can be seen as Asian. They have no architectural, artistic, or cultural influence which is in ANY way, asian. Thinking of the great countries in Asia such as Japan, Korea, and China there is no way you can possibly connect the Philippine Islands. This assault by filipino americans to connect themselves with the great peoples of North East Asia is foul and disgusting. Try visiting a young filipino’s web site too. You’ll see something called the ‘Asian IRC Ring’. It has to do with the chatrooms. The most horrible thing about this is that these TRASHY people are trying to associate themselves with Asia again!! People in Asia don’t act like, this at all. What we are seeing here is the natural Filipino in it’s element with full access to technology and this is how they act! You will consistently see this behavior over and over again.Another interesting thing is that these ‘thirdworld’ people also frequent RC chatrooms such as #chinese #japan and #asian. They must believe that they are some how related racially or culturally to North Asians. But it’s completely WRONG! There might have been some distant contact With China and even less with Japan during World War II, but these people are actually more closely related to african americans and Mexican americans.Do the parents of these young filipinos know what’s going on? Would they accept this? I believe that they would and do.
This is the natural ‘Trash’ element in filipinos manifesting itself. Nothing good has ever come from Philippines and I don’t believe anything good ever will.Recognizing your Roots (A Message to Filipinos)To all filipino people lease recognize your ROOTS! You come from the Third World! You country is a disgusting and filthy place. Most people there live in poverty! Your culture has MUCH MORE SPANISH influence than chinese, and absolutely no JAPANESE influence whatsoever. People in Japan and China, do not act like you. They do not constantly talk about sex and they have a MUCH HIGHER level of RESPECT for each other. There is NO WAY that you can connect yourself to Asia other than location. Your culture and technological advancement does not even come CLOSE to What Chinese, people have done in the past and what Japanese and Korean people are doing now! Everything you do is distinctly filipino. You cannot take credit for Japanese cars, video games, or Hentai! It’s not an ‘asian thing’ it’s, an ‘American thing’. You have no concept of culture…no concept of asian ideas or asian philosophy! Can you demonstrate how you use Confucianism or Taoism in you everyday life?? You can’t. And you will NEVER be able to. I understand that you are trying to create an identity for yourselves as young people… but it is NOT related to Asia.Your Identity is Filipino. That’s all you are. Just Filipino. Think about what that means….
Sincerely,Art——————————————
I find this funny, he is right in some ways where we, as Filipinos dont actually have an ‘Identity’. I think this is due to the confusion of our mixed races from Hispanic, Chinese, American and Malay origins. I see it in malls, imagine young generations wearing ski caps and ski goggles in a tropical country, baggy low rise pants like that of African Americans living in th e Bronx of New York, not to mention endless whitening products being sold at department stores and drug stores. But his ignorance also blinds him from the other truth. That while we may glorify Anime shows and Japanese Internet gaming, he is not aware that a nameless Filipino may be responsible for some technical aspects of some Japanese software. He is not aware of our contribution to the the society in general .Technological advancements that may have aided post war navigations and landing on the moon. That the antibiotic Erythromycin was discovered by Dr. Abelardo Aguilar from Iloilo creating the brand ‘Ilosone’. Thomas Edison may have discovered the electric light bulb and the fluorescent lighting was thought up by Nikola Tesla. But the fluorescent lamp we use today was invented by Agapito Flores (a Cebuano named Benigno Flores of Bantayan Island, according to the Philippine Daily inquirer), a Filipino scientist. Americans helped then-Philippine leader Ramon Magsaysay to develo p it for worldwide commerce. That the personal physician of former U.S. Pres. Bill Clinton is Eleanor ‘Connie’ Concepcion Mariano, a Filipina doctor who was the youngest captain in the US Navy. A Filipino writer Jose Rizal could read and write at age 2, and grew up to speak more than 20 languages, including Latin, Greek, German, French and Chinese. Or that a Filipino genius was responsible for the near hiatus in the PENTAGON and White HOuse nearly infiltrating their closely guarded secrets with the ‘ILOVEYOU’ bug. Nuisance maybe, but still one heck of a ‘beautiful mind’…not to be underestimated. The list goes on and on, but who cares right? Certainly not Mr. Art Bell…Boy, I’m not surprised. Perhaps Art Bell does not know that although we consider ourselves ASIAN because we are strategically located in the Southeast asian region of which our nearest neighbors are Malays, ASIA does not mean only Chinese and Japanese race of people. Then maybe it is his connotation that ‘Asia’ meant only our economically successful, paler brothers and he considers Malays such as Thais, Malaysians, Indonesians, and ourselves as a ‘Third World’ race. Then it is ‘his’ ignonimity that would make a civilized person of whatever race puke. Imagine literally connecting Chinese, Koreans and Japanese to the Philippine Islands which is archipelagos away from the countries he has mentioned. I also wonder where he got the impression that we aspire to be Japanese(???) Hispanics maybe but not the Japanese. But even Hispanics today do not mind sharing their ’surnames’ to their Asian brothers who they have colonized for 3 centuries.Another sad reality that although most Filipinos working overseas are domestic helpers and prostitutes, who does he think educates the toddlers of Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Tokyo? Parents of these countries rarely have time spent with their children, leaving them to their Filipino nannies. And with regards to prostitution. Filipinos are not the only ones working as one. I HARDLY SEE FILIPINOS STARRING IN PORN MOVIES. THERE MIGHT BE A FEW FILIPINOS WE HAVEN’T SEEN , BUT MOST ARE FROM MR. ART BELL’S RACE.He also mentioned that we have no concept of culture..no concept of asian ideas or asian philosophy. How can we demonstrate Confucianism or Taoism in a Christian nation? IS HE INFORMED THAT THE PHILIPPINES IS THE ONLY PREDOMINANTLY CHRISTIAN/CATHOLIC NATION IN ASIA?! YOU HAVE TO USE COMMON SENSE IN A LOT OF THINGS SOMETIMES…We do not need to create an identity for ourselves. We are who we are. Our identity stems from the anonymity we live in this world. How we contribute silent ly towards the progress of the world and not just one country. Although the Filipino blood may be tainted with malice, corruption, poverty and prostitution, it is not a perfect race… But so are the others. Maybe Mr. Art Bell needs to think about this. WE MAY NOT BE PERFECT MR. BELL BUT AT LEAST WE STILL HAVE VALUES. FOR ONE THING WE DONT PUT OUR AGING PARENTS IN NURSING HOMES BECAUSE ‘THEY’RE SIMPLY OLD AND WORTHLESS’. WE DONT HAVE AS MUCH NUMBERS OF SINGLE MOTHERS WHO GET PREGNANT IN THEIR VERY EARLY TEENS AND EVENTUALLY BECOME PARASITES OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR YEARS AND YEARS. YES…WE CAME TO YOUR COUNTRY TO WORK, TO EARN DECENT MONEY (HALF OF WHICH BY THE WAY GOES TO TAXES BECAUSE THERE’S SO MANY SOCIAL PARASITES FROM YOUR RACE).AND BY THE WAY, MOST EDUCATED PEOPLE THAT I WORK WITH DONT COME FROM YOUR RACE… THEY’RE ACTUALLY IMMIGRANTS TOO. AND THOSE EDUCATED ONES DO NOT ACT LIKE YOU DO, PERHAPS BECAUSE THEY’VE REALLY BEEN WELL EDUCATED..AFTER ALL THAT’S SAID… WHO IS THE IGNORANT ONCE AGAIN?!
-May Munoz
Shame on Art Bell, I HEAR you May!
Talking about filipinos working abroad, do watch Sharon Cuneta's New Movie "CareGiver"

My Baby is Here...

Last April 26 at 5:35 in the afternoon I delivered our healthy baby boy. We went to the hospital Friday evening since my contraction is 3 minutes apart. We spend the night at the hospital but been awake almost for the whole night since the nurse asked me to walk around the hospital as my exercise. Saturday morning at 8 o’clock they hooked me up with an IV to induce me again since my cervix is only 2 cm open. And finally at 12 noon, my water breaks and just after 10 minutes my cervix is 9 cm open already which is too late to put me into painless medication. I don’t have any choice but to deliver my baby normal. To deliver a 8.4 lbs and 21 inches long baby without using any painless medication is indeed a tough one! I thought I’m gonna die on that day..it took me 3 hours before the baby comes out. I have been begging to the doctor to do CS since I can’t bare the pain anymore. But right after I asked my mother in-law to offer a prayer, the baby finally came out! The doctor said “ The prayer is so powerful”. She said, if I still don’t have my baby after 15 minutes she’s gonna do CS but luckily I’m a strong woman and didn’t give up. According from her, my baby is not for my size, the reason why my baby got a cone in his head. Good thing the cone disappeared after 24 hours. I am so blessed and happy that I was able to survive the pain, It’s hard to believed to have my baby without using any painless medication. I am also thankful to my husband and to my in-laws who never left me from the time I arrived in the hospital, they’re always there comforting and praying for me. And of course I thank God that our baby is healthy. Thank you friends for all you prayers too. I may not be able to have my baby without your prayers. Above is some of his photos.

Big Mistake..

Did you watch American Idol last night? I really feel bad when Brooke forgot her song lyrics and decided to start from the very beginning..I like her a lot especially her personality, I hope she can still make it to the final 5. The judges were a little bit upset but Simon said it was a brave one of doing it. If only she pick the song that she already familiar with, I am pretty sure she won't have that problem..but anyway, at least she was able to finished the song and explained why she did that..whatever happens for me, she is still one of the those talented creatures hehehehehe.

True meaning of LOVE

THIS TURNED OUT TO BE SO DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TOBE..IT IS A WONDERFUL WONDERFULMESSAGE AND IF YOU THINK IT HASSOMETHING TO DO WITH 'REAL BOYFRIENDS'YOU WILL BE SURPRISED AT THE END.....ENJOY

Once upon a time there was a girl who had four boyfriends.
She loved the fourth boyfriend the most and adorned him with rich robesand treated him to the finest ofdelicacies. She gave him nothing but the best.
She also loved the third boyfriendvery much and was always showing himoff to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leaveher for another.
She also loved her second boyfriend. He was her confidant and was alwayskind, considerate and patient withher. Whenever this girl faced aproblem, she could confide in him, andhe would help her get through thedifficult times.
The girl's first boyfriend was a veryloyal partner and had made greatcontributions in maintaining herwealth and kingdom. However, she didnot love the first boyfriend. Althoughhe loved her deeply, she hardly tooknotice of him!
One day, the girl fell ill and sheknew her time was short. She thoughtof her luxurious life andwondered, 'I now have four boyfriendswith me, but when I die, I'll be all alone.
'Thus, she asked the fourthboyfriend, 'I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Nowthat I'm dying, will you follow me andkeep me company?
''No way!', replied the fourthboyfriend, and he walked away without another word.
His answer cut like a sharp kniferight into her heart.
The sad girl then asked the thirdboyfriend, 'I loved you all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow meand keep me company?
''No!', replied the thirdboyfriend. 'Life is too good! When youdie, I'm going to marry someone else!'
Her heart sank and turned cold. She then asked the secondboyfriend, 'I have always turned toyou for help and you've always beenthere for me. When I die, will youfollow me and keep me company?'
'I'm sorry, I can't help you out thistime!', replied the secondboyfriend. 'At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave .
His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated.
Then a voice called out: 'I'll go withyou. I'll follow you no matter whereyou go.'
The girl looked up, and there was herfirst boyfriend. He was very skinny ashe suffered from malnutrition and neglect.
Greatly grieved, the girl said, 'Ishould have taken much better care ofyou when I had the chance!'
In truth, you have four boyfriends inyour lives:
Your fourth boyfriend is your body. Nomatter how much time and effort youlavish in making it look good, it willleave you when you die.
Your third boyfriend is yourpossessions, status and wealth.Whenyou die, it will all go to others.
Your second boyfriend is your familyand friends. No matter how much theyhave been there for you, the furthestthey can stay by you is up to thegrave.
And your first boyfriend is yourspirit. Often neglected in pursuit ofwealth, power and pleasures of theworld.
However, your spirit is the only thing that will follow you where ever you go. Cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of you that will follow you to the throne of God and continue with you throughout Eternity.
Thought for the day: Remember, when the world pushes you to your knees, you're in the perfect position to pray.

What a Wonderful Day!

Indeed it's a great day for us here, sun is shining brightly, no signs of rain nor snow. How wonderful to go outside and feel the heat of the sun into your skin. It's been quite a while since I went outside and stay under the sun. The freezing temperature makes me stay inside our home and thank God that finally I can do some errands outside our house. We are so blessed to lived in a very peaceful and grenery place. Can't wait to do fishing again in the lake nearby..

Spoiled Wife:-)

It's Saturday and I'm supposed to be in church but due to my pregnancy, I prefer to just stay at home and relax and sit in my laptop and visit my co -bloggers..Early this morning my husband woke me up with breakfast in bed:-)...he cooked sausages with Cinnamon bread on it and potatoes. And right after we ate, he then rushed to the kitchen and clean his mess and my mess from last night cooking. He clean the counter top of our kitchen, wipe all the furniture's and then lastly, vacuum the floor while me, sitting here in our bed and visiting my friends:-) I asked him if he needs help but he said no, just stay there..Anyway, the doctor told us too to let me stay in bed and don't do anything that can trigger contractions since the baby's head is on the way out and I'm still 37 weeks pregnant. We have to make sure to keep the baby longer than Check Spellingthat..that's why I'm here, doing nothing and just waiting for my food..I don't like to be this way though..I honestly don't feel good in my belly anymore, seems like the skin in my belly is giving up, so thin and feels like burning' every time I touch it..

Oh well, the baby worth it..My husband done with his cleaning so I'll guess I have to take shower now since we have to go out in town later..thanks for reading this entry and have a great day!

How Long Do I have to wait??

The last time we visit my doctor, my cervix is still close which means I can't have my baby within this month everybody wants to see my baby now including me and hubby..I am so excited how he looks like. Sometimes I can't sleep thinking about it. My husband is so funny, he tried to talked with my baby yesterday while we're watching shows in TV, it's so funny because when he said " give me five little man " the baby kicks my belly twice! he moves a lot and my belly is waving ug sa ato nagbalud2. We keep laughing because seems like the baby understood what his daddy has been talking about. My husband sang ABC which is really funny because he messed up in the middle of the song We sang together but we both messed up hehehehe. I told him, we need to practice ABC song before our baby will come out.
Anyway, tomorrow is my prenatal check up again. Hopefully my cervix is already open para manganak nako hehehehehe even if my doctor don't want me to have my delivery this month. If you can see my belly, the skin is really thin now. I have lots of stretch marks even if I didn't scrath my belly . My mother in-law always told me" don't worry, your baby worth it"..It really doesn't matter anyway if I have all kinds of stretch marks as long as my baby is healthy and hopefully maliwat sa papa..enough now..I need to eat my breakfast now..ciao!

Good MOrning friends..

I sleep well tonight and thats because hubby don't go to work today due to my prenatal schedule which around 3:15 in the afternoon. You see, everytime hubby goes to work he usually wake uo around 3:00 in the morning adn before he leave he'll kiss and hug me and then call me again when het gets to his office so it takes me a while to sleep back..but today, we both sleep well and just woke up now..I didn't cook anything for our breakfast since he is not use to have one anyway. We might just eat a muffin or maybe dinner rolls with cheese on it. Sounds yummy?? hehehehehehe. Oh well, I'm lazy to cook so no choice..

We might see him soon!

We just got home from my prenatal check up and so thankful that everything went normal regarding my baby and me. My cervix is not open yet but my baby's head was set already. According from our doctor, the head is pretty low already and by the time I have to deliver my baby's it won't take long for the baby to come out because he is ready and just in the right spot. My due date is on April but the doctor said that we might have it earlier since the baby is all set plus I got lots of contractions now. Now I understand why I peed all the time and why I'm having a hard time so sleep. I gained so much weight already. Before I got pregnant I only weight 70 pounds but now I weight 130 pounds! My husband measured my thighs last night and it shocked me because we have the same size in our thighs!! but i honetly don't care at all, because even since I always underweight and I will do all my best to maintain my size now right after my delivery hehehehehe. The only thing that bothers me now is my big fat belly because i could harly sleep anymore..

Britney's Childhood Secret

I watched Britney's childhood secret and I found it really interesting. Just like us, Britney's family suffer ting poverty during her childhood. She's a country girl lived in a very simple family. She's been joining singing competition and beauty pageant when she was still young that made her life success. In her early age as one of the biggest star in Hollywood has been an inspiration for many young people but every things change after years as a singer. And it get worst until now..so sad that after all the effort to be a big start she wasted it all..anyway, we don't know the reason why she's turning that way. There's lots of expeculation about her life but whatever the reason is, lets just hope that she can correct all her mistakes because everyone deserves second chances. Plus her kids that needs her assistance badly..she's still young and pretty and I'm pretty sure, there are still lots of opportunities for her is she will only decided to do the right thing.

Congrats Ms. Malubay!

Did you watch american idol last night? Girls were the one who performed last night and I have been waiting Ms. Malubay to sing on the stage and finally after almost 2 hours of waiting she sang her song " You don't have to say you love me". She sang it really well and her voice is so magical and I'm so happy for her that she pleases all the judges inlcuding Simon we all know how hard to please Simon..if he doesn't like the way you perform on stage or even your outfit, he will really tell you in front of your face which is really embarrassing. I hope she can make it and be the next american idol..I like her personality, small but has amazing talent. Tonight is
elimination and hopefeully she's not one of them. I'm looking forward to hear more of her songs...

Finally!

Finally after almost 3 weeks of waiting, the cd's that ordered from BMG arrived yesterday. I am so excited when I opened the cd. I like both the cd's that I ordered ( Jaci Velasques and Carrie Underwood). I have been wanting to have cd from Jaci Velasques, I like all her songs and it really inspires me a lot. I might order another cd from her:-)
Anyway, I'm listening to her songs right now and one of her songs that I really like and keep on playing is " Imagine me without you" and " On my Knees". Her voice is so magical...If you haven't heard that song yet, I suggest you to research online and you will know how wonderful that song is..:-)

How's everyone's Valentines day? Oh well, as for me we went to clinic with my in-laws for my prenatal check- up and thank God that everything's normal with our little one. But yesterday is not fun with me because they poked me 3 times with needles because the last time they checked my blood sugar is slighty elevated so they have to do it again and they did it yesterday and it's really painful because they poked both in my arms! Hopefully my blood sugar come out normal because I don't want to be poke again waaaaaaaa! after my check-up we went to a resto and eat lunh together. Hang around in the mall for a little bit and then head home. It's pretty late already when we got home and no enough time to do online stuff! I'm sick..

Last Saturday night, i have been hospitalized for 6 hours. I started to feel bad around 2 in the afternoon but I tried to ignore it co'z I don't want to think that i'm sick or something. We do shopping and groceries inspite of being sick. I didn't tell my husband until on our way home. I felt worst when we are on our way going home which is around 6 or something. I went to bed right away when we got home and hubby is the one who organized our groceries. But after 1 hour of being in bed, i felt worst. My husband called my mother in-law and ask what should he do, mom said that I have to take some meds but i refuse to drink it, afraid that it might affect to our baby. What I did, i took hot bath but still I feel the same. Around midnight, I can't handle the pain anymore in my body. My head is aching so badly as well as my body. I could even hardly breath and my body is so hot. My husband called again to my in-laws and they said I need to be in the hospital asap. So we went to the hospital midnight with my in-laws and my body temp is really dangerous for a pregnant women like me, its 104! no wonder why my head is aching relaly bad. They give me some fluids ( iv) for 5 hours and a tylanol and thank God I feel better after 1 hour drinking the meds. We went home in the morning since I feel better alreay. I'm glad we went to the hospital or else I can't have that treatment and my body's temp might affect to our son. Now everythings back in normal..I feel better and hoping I won't have that again..according to the doctor I am dehydrated that caused me to have fever..plus flu and fever is so rampant nowadays. Friends, you really need to take of yourself so you won't experience the same thing..

She's not Smart ENough:-)

Last night we're watching " Are you smarter than a 5th grader" the contestant is really smart she was able to answer all the question without using some of her 5th grader classmates. She already won half a million and decided to go for a million question but sad to say she asnwered it wrong and leaving with 25 grand only! That's really sad if she only decide not go on, then she can leave much more higher that what she got. You can't blame her anyway because the subjects of her 1 million question is her favorite subjects in school and it's really tempting to go for a million question. I really thought she can win a million.. DO you watch that show too?

I planned to cook chicken adobo today because hubby loves it! and thats a good thing for me, because I can easily make that dish! See you guys later..

I like Pineapple!

Do you like pineapple? I bet you are, and so do I. One thing I like about this fruit is that, it’s so juicy and of course it good for the digestion of your stomach. It's full of vitamin C which we need it badly to stay strong and healthy. My husband don't like to eat pineapple before because it causes numbness in his tongue but since i came here, he likes eating it because I'm the one who peeled the pineapple and it terms of peeling it, I clean really good. It takes me a while to peel the pineapple because I always make sure I removed all the eyes and also the hard part inside of the fruit. The secret to not feel any numbness in eating pineapple is to peel is to well and make sure you removed all the eyes...( we call it eyes in pinas) hehehehe. Anyway, if you don't like eating pineapple you better start eating now, I suggest you to buy the fresh one and peel it by yourself. Adios!

Some facts bout mhe!

I woke up a little late today and I like it that way just right after I got up from up bed I immediately went to our baby's room and do some stuff, I am so excited to have our baby soon. But right now, I need to eat my breakfast, I only ate one sliced of banana bread that me and hubby baked the other day and I'm starving right now..

You're a Part Time Brainiac

No doubt about it, you have the potential for big brain power.

But potential doesn't get you to genius. It's going to take some work.

Like most smart people, you enjoy a good intellectual challenge every now and then.

But you do tend to shy away from anything difficult, frustrating, or complex.

Push yourself to think, learn, and explore more... even when it feels bad.

You have the capacity to solve amazingly difficult problems. You just need to let yourself do it.

Anyway, I want to thank Recel for giving me this tag..hehehehehe I guess the result is all true nyayayayaya! It's true though I have a lot of potential to do things but it doesn't get to make me genius I like challenges but sometimes I'd prefer to have an east task to avoid frustration and etc..hehehehe

Wanna share this...

Anywhere you go, you can't gaurantee the safety. So I shared this information that I read in order for you to be aware too. Hope you'll learn something from it.
Personal safety
- Trust your instics. If your inner voice tells you to be cautions...do it! better safe than sorry.
- Keep your keys ready in your hand when walking to your house or car so that they are always ready to use.
- Always lock the doors to your house and car, even if you are only leaving for a moment.
- In the summer, keep your car windows up if possible. Use your air conditioner.
- Always make eye contact and don't walk with you head down.
- Before getting in your car, glance under in it. After you unlock the door, close it firmly, lock your doors, buckle your seatbelt and drive away immediately.
- When possible, have someone else with you when you go out. When walking be sure someone knows the route your taking. If you walk regularly for exercise, take a friend or dog when possible. If going alone, vary your route and routine.
- The most important weapon you have is your mind. Be smart by being aware of your sorroundings.

Wanna share this with you...

I read this very intresting article in MSN news and decided to share it with you guy so at least you'll learn something too!

Can sitting in a chair, writing, help you lose weight? It sounds crazy, but New York City artist and author Julia Cameron, 59, swears it's true. In her new book, "The Writing Diet: Write Yourself Right-Size" (Penguin), she argues that engaging in creative pursuits like writing can prevent overeating and describes how writing in a journal can help reveal and improve readers' relationships with food. NEWSWEEK's Karen Springen spoke with Cameron, who also wrote the best-selling book "The Artist's Way," which guides readers to becoming more creative, about how counting words instead of calories may help you shed those holiday pounds. Excerpts:
NEWSWEEK: How does writing help you lose weight?Julia Cameron: The bedrock tool of weight loss is writing three morning pages. These are longhand, stream-of-consciousness writings about absolutely anything that is annoying you, bugging you, vexing you or just simply capturing your attention. You become more in tune with your own needs and desires, which means that you make peace with some of your frustrations. Instead of eating, you discover what's eating you. Write in the morning about the day you're going to have. And during the day you keep a food journal of everything you eat.
How did you get this idea?Desperation is the mother of invention. Three years ago I was put on a mood-stabilizing medicine that caused me to gain 40 pounds ... I said to myself, there must be something I can do that's going to keep me from gaining more and help me to get rid of this. I thought, I'm going to try to write my way thin.
And it worked?Yes. I wrote morning pages every day, which keeps you from doing emotional eating. Then I kept a journal, where I jot down everything that I ate and temptations.
What were your temptations?I live with a professional baker. I get up in the morning to the smell of gingersnaps. That has to be off limits for me. By keeping a journal, I got to watch my own rationalizations. That was very helpful. Then I threw in taking a daily walk, just to speed up my metabolism ... [And] before I ate, I asked myself four questions: Am I really hungry? Is this what I want to eat? Is this what I want to eat now? Is there anything I can eat instead? That leads you to start making smart substitutions. Instead of the piece of cherry pie, you eat strawberry Diet Jell-O, for example.
Does it matter whether you type on a computer or write on paper, from a dieting perspective?Write longhand. It's a little bit slower than working on the computer, and you tend to become more in touch with your emotions. On the computer, you get speed and distance, but not necessarily depth.
How much weight can someone expect to lose on the "writing diet"?I went from a [size] 16 to a 10.
A lot of people keep food and drink nearby while writing. Do you? What you don't want to do is become a permanent grazer, where you keep potato chips in your desk ... I keep a pitcher of pure cranberry juice, mixed in water, and coffee.
What if someone isn't a writer? Everybody can write. We just put a lot of hoopla around being a "real" writer. This diet is aimed to be able to be used by anyone.
Is there more to this than regularly writing and walking?Planning ahead. I ask people to remember "H.A.L.T.": don't let yourself get too hungry, angry, lonely or tired. They lead to overeating. The last tip in the tool section is get a body buddy--enlisting the help and support of someone who agrees with your agenda of becoming thinner.
The idea is that if you're feeling good, you're less likely to overeat or indulge in fatty foods?Yes. If you're feeling good, you're more likely to get out and about ... You don't have to have a big drop in pounds to have a big shift upward in self-esteem. As long as you're going in the right direction, you tend to be more energized.

I really didn't know until now that writing can also loose weight. I agree with this because just for today I forgot to eat my lunch sitting in the computer doing some stuff that inlcudes writing..hhmmm I should tell this to my husband..very interesting!

Another day for me!

Nothings new in my life today other than my little angel is growing rapidly inside my belly! but that's a good thing, it only means he is healthy inside that is the most important thing even if its hard for me since I am petite Yesterday I got a call from our doctor, informing me that the utlrasound result came out normal and that's a good news for us! It's our goal to maintain the good health of our little boy and hopefully it woudn't hard for me to deliver this baby and by the way, we already had a name for our baby " Alexander J". I can't argue with my husband because before we get married he already chooses that name. It's his first son, so I leave it to him..sometimes I teases him, why not " Alexander the great"? and he just laughed at me. I like the name too and it really doesn't matter to me what would be the name of our baby, as long as my husband like it then that makes me happy already basta naay ngalan hehehehehe.
Oh well, I have to write more later..see you guys later. Have a great day!

Happy Monday!

It's another day of the week! hopefully it will be a good week for me..you know what I mean? I woke up pretty early today and as usual it's because of my baby who keep on kicking and moving inside my stomach. We slept late last night watching " American Gladiators" it's my first time watching that kind of competition and I really like it, especially my husband. I sometimes scream too when the competitors is trying to reach to the finish line but being blocked by the gladiators. The final round is the most exciting part. Some of them looks very strong and ready but in the end the one who seems weak is the one who won as a finalist! I am really looking forward to watch that show again next week. I hope all of you had a gret weekend..start your day with a great smile adios!
